2017-2018:Jingdong Beijing Headquarter Renovation Project was located in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area with a total area of 280,000 square meters. In 2020, JD built Building 4 (R&D Center) with a construction area of over 130000 square meters, and No.2 Building covers a floor space of 530,000 square meters, which makes it the largest headquarters park of Jingdong

Located at No. A48 Zhichun Road, Haidian District, Beijing, the headquarter of ByteDance covers an area of about 23,000 square meters with four floors above the ground and three floors underground.

Personally created by the designer of Burj Dubai, Poly International Plaza Beijing, with a total construction area of 116,000 square meters, consisting of three iconic landmark buildings that are on par with international standard, is a hub of enterprise headquarters offices, super 5A office buildings, and global city business centers. It will become the first landmark building, when people visit Beijing in the future.

Beijing Daxing International Airport, located between Yufa and Lixian towns in Daxing District, Beijing, and Guangyang District, Langfang City, Hebei Province, with a terminal area of 780,000 square meters, is a Class IV international airport, a multinational aviation hub, and a new power source for national development.

Located in Haikou City, Hainan Province, China, Phase Ⅱ Haikou Meilan International Airport Expansion Project, 18 kilometers southeast of the city, with a total investment of 14.468 billion yuan, the new flight area class index of 4F and a total floor area of about 300,000 square meters, will become a strategic hub for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port and the construction of a strong civil aviation in multiple areas.

Located on the east side of the existing T1 Terminal Building, Changchun Longjia International Airport Phase Ⅱ Expansion Project was arranged in parallel with the airport approach path, with a total construction area of 1,720,000 square meters. The project applied the overall streamlined design,which looked like a flying crane. It not only enhanced the service and security capacity and level of Changchun Airport, but also won the praise of Chinese and foreign travelers.

Jointly built by the Ministry of Commerce and the Tianjin Municipal Government, the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin), with a large size and flat shape, is a landmark project of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development initiative. It integrated the functions of exhibition, conference, commerce, office and hotel. The total construction area is about 1,340,000 square meters, including indoor exhibition area of about 400,000 square meters and outdoor exhibition area of about 150,000 square meters. It is a perfect convention and exhibition complex with the large exhibition area and good experience in China.

Located on 753 Jinghan Avenue, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, Wuhan Asia Heart Hospital is , is a tertiary cardiology hospital, with the building area of 46,000 square meters.

Located at Beixing Avenue, Jinniu District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, Phoenix Hill Sports Park covers an area of 43.67 hectares. It is a comprehensive sports park, comprised of "one stadium and two halls", which mainly includes a professional soccer stadium with 60,000 seats to meet FIFA standards, a comprehensive stadium with 18,000 seats to meet NBA standards and a multi-functional hall.

Located at No. 88, Xumin East Road, Qingpu District, Shanghai, the headquarter of Yintech Financial Center (YFC), is at the core of Shanghai's West Hongqiao Business District, adjacent to the National Exhibition and Convention Center and Hongqiao Business Hub. Designed by the world-renowned design firm Gensler, it integrates intelligence, technology and energy saving. The main body of the building consists of five parts: the north and south towers, the north and south podiums, and the northeast podium. It is 60 meters high and covers a site area of 27,000 square meters, and a floor area of 118,000 square meters, which can offer enough office space for 5,000 people as well as matching service facilities and commercial space.

Located in Hudong, Suzhou Industrial Park, west of Nanshi Street, north of Cuiyuan Road, north of the Central River, Suzhou Modern Media Plaza covers a total construction area of about 328,000 square meters and a land area of about 37,700 square meters, with a total planned investment of 3.8 billion yuan. It is a cultural industry project with a large amount of investment by state-owned units in Suzhou.

Located in the core of OCT area, OCT Headquarters Building , is the inter-city hub between the north and south of Shennan Boulevard, and is the connecting point for the peripheral ecosystem of the city and the veins of urban life. It consists of a single 300-meter office building, 5 commercial podiums plus an art block plaza.

Located in the core location of the “West Coast Media Port”, YOOZOO Building covers the total construction area of about 70,000 square meters, consisting of a 31-story office tower and a commercial civic center.

Located in Chengdu High-tech Financial City, Chengdu Magic Cube is built by Chengdu China Merchants Longcheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd, with a total floor area of 763,613, a land area of 126,602 and 747 houses. It has been awarded 2020 China's Building Economy EXPECT Landmark.

Located in Wangjing International Business District, Beijing Greenland Center，the headquarter of this enterprise, is a business office range with the planning area of 510,000 square meters. The main building "China Jin" will be the tallest building in Wangjing. The project is developed by Greenland Group, one of Fortune 500 companies, and is designed by SOM, the design team of Burj Dubai so it becomes a new landmark in Wangjing.
