On January 24, 2024, Brave the Wind and Waves and Build a Dream Sailing-Taloar 2024 Annual Meeting Ceremony achieved full success.
Looking back on the past, we have always adhered to our original intentions, overcome every obstacle and gained a lot. Looking forward to the new year, we still undertake arduous and important missions but their steps are unceasing. As the New Year is approaching, we will set sail again with the beginner’s mind, and we firmly believe that in 2024, we will stand out and make great achievements.
From January 22nd to 23rd , the company successfully held a two-day year-end summary meeting. Mr. Yan Changjun, General Manager of Taloar (Changzhou) Control System Co., Ltd. made a comprehensive summary of the past year's business situation, and the regional managers also analyzed in detail the achievements and highlights of market development and customer service in each region, and at the same time pointed out the existing problems and the direction of improvement.
On January 24th, at the annual meeting, Patrick Or, Taloar’s President for Asia Pacific, delivered a New Year’s speech and honored the excellent staff, who stood out with their outstanding performance. These good employees not only created great value for the company, but also became role models for all employees.
2023 was the 10th anniversary of Taloar Beijing Office. From 2013 to 2323, the past ten years have witnessed the glory of Taloar and people in Taloar have always pulled together. It was a milestone moment in Taloar’s development history and was destined to be a new starting point for Taloar’s prosperous development from now on.
In addition, on the annual meeting site, staff of Taloar staged various colorful cultural and artistic performances and exciting lucky draw activities made the whole ceremony come to climax. The Song of the Yangtze River was a wonderful start to the event; the dance Grand Opening brought by the workshop staff raised the roof; the game session interspersed in the program could foil the festive atmosphere of the year-end party well; the four lucky draws with 19 prizes pushed the atmosphere of the annual meeting to the climax, and Zhang Tao, the manager of the Southwest Region won the ultimate big prize. The performance concluded with the chorus Tomorrow Will Be Better to wish Taloar's tomorrow will be better!
The whole annual meeting came to a successful end in a harmonious, warm, passionate and joyful atmosphere, which showed the energetic, positive, united and enterprising spirit of Taloar people. Looking back on 2023, we pulled together, worked hard and common harvest the success; looking forward to 2024, we have the same goal and are full of confidence. We believe that under the joint efforts of all staff, Taloar will continue to press forward, brave the wind and waves, and reach new heights!
