Project background：the relevant ministries and departments of the state builted national computing hub nodes and planned 10 national data center clusters in 8 places including Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Chengdu-Chongqing, Inner Mongolia, Guizhou, Gansu and Ningxia, which marks the official and comprehensive launch of the "East Number and West calculation" project. The "East Data West Computing" will orderly guide the computing demand from the East to the West, optimize the construction layout of data centers, and promote the coordination of the East and West by building a new computing network system integrating data centers, cloud computing, and big data.
Sichuan Mobile Southern Hub Project, located at No. 32, Section 2, Lushan Avenue, Wan 'an Town, Tianfu New District, Chengdu, will focus on artificial intelligence computing applications in Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou and Chongqing regions.
It’s more than 40,000 square meters, and can accommodate nearly 20,000 cabinets. It is an important data center for China Mobile in Sichuan, and an important support for the Tianfu data center cluster, which will provide better computing power services for new applications.
The data center is densely packed with air conditioning pipes. IT devices must be kept in a stable state to ensure that the ambient temperature is kept within a certain range. Double sealing zero leakage shutoff valves and automatic control valves from Taloar can be quickly switched which can save energy, reduce consumption, ensure the safe operation of the system, and help achieve " East Data West Computing”.
