Project background：the project of Xiamen Tianma sixth generation flexible AMOLED production line project is jointly invested by Xiamen Tianma, Xiamen ITG Holding Group Co., Ltd. (“ITG Holding”), Xiamen Financial Investment Group, Xiangyu Group and Torch Group, with a total investment of 48 billion yuan, covering an area of 1216 acres, with a total floor area of about 1.26 million square meters, of which the process clean area is about 600,000 square meters. It is the largest flexible AMOLED monomer factory in China and the largest monomer high-tech manufacturing project in Xiamen, which will help Xiamen build an important gathering place of the new display industry.
Located at No. 6999, West Xiang 'an Road, Xiang 'an District, Xiamen City, Xiamen Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. is a joint venture of venture of four enterprises under Aviation Industry Corporation of China, namely AVIC International Holding Corporation (AVIC INTL), China Aviation Technology Shenzhen Co., LTD., AVIC International Xiamen Company Limited and Xiamen Jincai Investment Co., LTD. The company was incorporated in Xiamen Torch Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone with a registered capital of 8.8 billion yuan. It is the largest enterprise with registered capital in Xiamen Torch Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, and one of the key projects in Fujian Province and Xiamen City for three consecutive years in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
Xiamen Tianma Project is an another masterpiece of Xiamen Torch High-tech Zone which strives to build 100 billion yuan photoelectric industrial cluster, strengthen the country's only pilot base of photoelectric display industry cluster. After the project is completed and put into production, the annual output value can reach more than 6 billion yuan, which will drive the development of upstream industries such as liquid crystal materials, and stimulate the development of downstream industries such as electronics, vehicle display and other industries, attract a group of supporting enterprises to gather, form an industrial agglomeration effect, promote the development of Xiamen photoelectric industry, push the construction of manufacturing power, and accelerate the layout of the next-generation new display technology.
