Project background: Located in China (Mianyang) Science and Technology City, Harbor Economic Development Zone, Mianyang HKC Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. covers an area of about 836 acres, plant construction area of about 760,000 square meters with an investment scale of 24 billion yuan.
The project will build more than 50 fully automated LCD panel back-end processing production lines, mainly produce LCD panel back-end products, including mobile phones, vehicle displays, ipads and other small size displays, with an annual capacity of 31 million pieces per year. After finishing the project, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 15 billion yuan and an annual tax revenue of 1 billion yuan. It mainly produces 4K and 8K ultra-high-definition IPS new display panels, which is a major strategic project for Mianyang City, Sichuan Province to implement the strategy of "manufacturing power" and "manufacturing strong province" and accelerate the construction of advanced manufacturing strong city in western China, a major pillar project for Mianyang City to vigorously develop the real economy and promote high-quality economic development, and a leading enterprise to strengthen the high-quality development of Mianyang economy.
